Internal compliance audit to verify internal standards are being met
This is more of an internal compliance audit to verify if your safety program is being executed as intended. Sometimes we have a very well written safety program (in theory) but when it comes to the execution that is not reality. This audit will confirm if at the field level the safety program has been implemented as intended. Sometimes organizations become disconnected from head office because of location or divisions become soiled. This audit will verify for managing a health check on the current status of their program.
